 OUTPATIENT MENTAL HEALTH REHABILITATION AGENCY

Comcare Support Center Provides comprehensive mental health rehabilitation services that offers extensive continuum of care covering all age groups and different types of programs.

 

Our Licensed Mental Health Professionals will provide an assessment during an initial visit to determine which level of care is most appropriate for each individual. We ensure confidentiality is maintained at all levels of care.

CHILDREN/ADOLESCENTS

We offer services to children and adolescents from age 6 through 17 with behavior or emotional disorders that limits a child’s performance in the areas of academics, social, vocational or personal skills.

 

Common problem children/adolescents experience includes but not limited to:

  • ADHD

  • Suicidal threats and attempts

  • Problems in school / truancy

  • Sexual Abuse / assault

  • Anger/ rage episode

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

  • Defiant behaviors

  • Poor self esteem

ADULTS

Comcare Support Center offer services to adult from age 18 and older with severe mental illness with personality disorders that substantially interfere with their ability to carry out such primary aspects of dialing living as self-care, household management, interpersonal relationships, and wok or school.

 

Reason for admission may include but not limited to:

  • Schizophrenia

  • Depression

  • Schizoaffective disorders

  • Mood disorders

  • Severe Personality disorders

  • Post traumatic stress disorder
