Licensed Professional of the Healing Art (LPHA)
As an LPHA at ComCare, you’ll be at the heart of client care: assessing, planning, and guiding each child's mental health journey with empathy and clinical skill.
Qualifications:

LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license required
Core Responsibilities:

Conduct mental health assessments

Create and update treatment plans
-
Provide psychotherapy
-
Offer crisis intervention services
Qualified Mental Health Professional-Community Support (QMHP-CS)
Our QMHPs support clients with daily challenges, building life and social skills that promote independence and healing.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or a related mental health field
Core Responsibilities:

Skills training and development

Medication training and support

Targeted case management

Psychological rehabilitation for adults

Crisis intervention
Community Services Specialist (CSSP)
The CSSP plays a key role in helping clients integrate into the community by delivering tailored support and guidance.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree plus 3+ years of experience in mental health services

Targeted case management

Psychological rehabilitation for adults
Peer Provider
Peer Providers bring lived experience and empathy to the team, offering hope and guidance to individuals facing mental health challenges.
Qualifications:

Must have lived experience with mental health or behavioral challenges
-
Certification as a Peer Provider is preferred.
Core Responsibilities:

Offer peer support and mentorship
-
Share personal recovery strategies

Help clients stay engaged and empowered
Family Partner
Family Partners help parents and caregivers navigate their child’s care with emotional support, education, and advocacy.
Qualifications:
-
Must be a parent or guardian of a child with mental health or developmental challenges

Family Partner certification preferred
Core Responsibilities:
-
Support families through shared experience
-
Advocate for parent involvement in care plans
-
Help build stronger parent-provider relationships
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Our BCBAs lead behavior intervention plans with expert-level insight and deep compassion, helping children build lasting, positive habits.
Qualifications:
-
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis
-
Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays
Core Responsibilities:
-
Conduct behavior assessments
-
Design and supervise ABA treatment plans
-
Provide ongoing training and support to RBTs and families
